Based on reviews on other sony products, I bought this kit prior to my vacation. On the whole, I'm quite pleased.
It's only been a week but the battery seem to be holding its charge fairly well. Certainly,it is doing worlds better than my old one which had the laptop showing a low battery warning after an idle week. the comparision makes the true quality products. thanks very much for this battery supplying.
The charger is fairly slow. You'll want to leave your batteries in it overnight rather than trying to top them off in a hurry.

i have purchased this battery in Nov of 2009. It is now December . Not only have I had no problems with the battery I actually get about 30 minutes more of time (4 hrs or so) than I did with my original Dell battery (3.5 hrs). I use my computer almost all day every day as well. I would definately order another one of these instead of the Dell battery. IT IS REALLY WOTH THE MONEY I PAID.

it looks better than my old battery, it was obviously brand new. I even checked to make sure it was on its first charge cycle. Last year I purchased a battery from China for my husbands sony laptop and not only was it twice as expensive, it went bad in the first year. This was a much better buy. wish this item could be well performing on my laptop.
