Handles many voltages, comes with a wide assortment of tips. Although it tells you to check the voltage before use, it remembers the previous voltage for a long time (I've never had to set it again since the first use).

And the brick doesn't get excessively hot like other power supplies I've used.

This device has the power to run a fast 15.4" laptop easily, while still charging the battery quickly during use. From completely flat to full charge takes under two hours even when I'm using the machine heavily and maxing out the CPU for most of that time.

Cons: Blue light is probably a bit too bright than is necessary.

The end of the cord plus the proper adapter is very long, and seems to put a lot of weight on the power supply. I think it would have been nicer for the adapters to have a short length of cable to avoid this, but then again that would have cost more. All in all, that's a minor issue, really.This is a great device. After some serious Googling I learned that the replacement batteries are expensive, generic batteries are about half the cost and some folks have reported bad experiences with generics. When I looked into the generics I did note that the power density was not the same as the Dell branded product - look at the mAh rating and the higher the better. Further Googling evidenced that batterystyle was price competitive and I had the assurance of batterystyle service. the original battery on my Dell Latitude D410 was worn with age, looking for a replacement I turned to the manufacturer and was disappointed at the price tag. i want to buy a bigger battery for my laptop but didn't want to pay the premium price for the national brands. this battery replacement is way better than the original dell piece of junk i got when i bought my NEW laptop. the original batteries only lasted 1.5 hrs when fully charged and were dead every time within 2 days without any use.
i eventually figured out why the vendor sold these "cheap" $90.
i am considering buying another battery from batterystyle. So far the battery lasts about 3hrs and I can go for a week without using the laptop and still have power.

bought this battery for my Sony laptop. The original runs about two hours and I wanted more time without charging. I did a full charge and discharge before initial use and then watched two full length movies on battery power. I used the laptop on my flight to Las Vegas from Boston. After the movies I still had enough power to sit and play solitaire until we landed. This aftermarket battery was much cheaper than that price Sony wanted and runs like a "pink Bunny". i have bought a second battery for my Dell Studio 1535 and It works.

Since i received this product, it ended up not being compatible with my computer: a Dell Inspiron 1525. But, the staff were very helpful and helped me configure it within minutes!
