Battery life appears to be what I expected but I haven't really pushed it. Good price compared to other battery websites.

this item is much better than my my last battery. it is duabled enough to last for 4 hours. let time tries its stamina.

this itme is much cheaper than what i have expected.
when this battery was installed into my laptop ,it is compatible. i wish the shipping time could be faster.

I followed the charging instruction fully the performance has been terrible. The battery run time is actually very good if you can ever get it to fully charge.

bought this battery for a Toshiba Satellite M55-S3314. The original battery's charge lasted for about 2 hours at its best, whereas the Tech Fuel PA3399U-1BRS' lasts 3.5 to 4 hours! It's a little bulky, it protrudes to the back of the computer, but I don't mind because in return I get a long time of being free from the wire.
Another matter I wanted to talk about is how excellent is Battery Heads' customer service. I had a little inconvenience: in the tracking page said my battery was already delivered, where in reality I hadn't received any package from the postman. I let Battery Heads know about this, and although they were not in a position of making a difference in the matter, they answered every e-mail I sent showing their sincere concern about it until I had the product in my hands (Thank you, Tamara!). It was nothing more than the postman's not having any more pink cards left, and somehow entering the wrong info that the item was already been delivered to me. I've got it next day very well packaged and the battery exactly like in the picture.
I highly recommend this product for the quality, the unbeatable price, and the proffesionalism of Battery Heads' customer service.
