I have had it for a week and it has work great, and it does hold a charge for a decent amount of time. It is good for the money, and does the job of letting me extend the life of my laptop until I am ready to buy a new one. it is really worht the money i paid.

Only drawback is the awkward shape that goes more down than out that really affects portability. Now laptop looks more L shaped. Little rubber feet on the bottom are kind of weak. Side panels are shiny black which doesn't really match the rest of the product. Looks like an aftermarket battery.

I wanted to talk about is how excellent is Battery Heads' customer service. I had a little inconvenience: in the tracking page said my battery was already delivered, where in reality I hadn't received any package from the postman. I let Battery Heads know about this, and although they were not in a position of making a difference in the matter, they answered every e-mail I sent showing their sincere concern about it until I had the product in my hands (Thank you, Tamara!). It was nothing more than the postman's not having any more pink cards left, and somehow entering the wrong info that the item was already been delivered to me. I've got it next day very well packaged and the battery exactly like in the picture. I highly recommend this product for the quality, the unbeatable price, and the proffesionalism of Battery Heads' customer service
