Foreign media disclosed some news about Apple Tablet PC. A notebook battery manufactory said they have received the apple's order of 300000 batteries a month for its tablet PC , while another manufactory for iPhone (mobile Internet) production touch of the vendor was chosen as the generation of Apple's touch-screen tablet PC business.
It is alleged that this Tablet PC will be equipped with 9.6-inch touch screen, built-in HSPDA module, taken PA SEMI-core processor products, and installed with ultra-durable battery pack. this new tablet will be offered 799-999 U.S. dollars. The former manufactory will be the exclusive vendor for the ultra-durable battery pack.

The first U.S. solar energy company is to build largest solar power station in China
September 9, the first U.S. solar energy company announced that they have signed a major deal with Chinese authorities to build the world's largest solar power station in Ordos of Inner Mongolia in the next 10 years.The project has been invested 5 billion to 6 billion US dollars.
This means that the world's second largest solar cell manufacturer officially enter the Chinese market; at the same time,it stands for the first big U.S. companies entering the field of PV.
It is understood that the first U.S. solar companies will build energy and chemical base with the construction of a capacity of 2,000 megawatts of solar power plant in the Ordos City Hangjinqi, which covers an area of 65 square kilometers. America using carbon nanotubes to create highly efficient solar cells
Cornell University researchers have utilized carbon nanotubes to replace the traditional silicon tube, to produce highly efficient solar cells.
The key of this technology is to use carbon nanotubes to replace the traditional silicon tube to produce photodiodes, which are basic components of solar cells. Researchers study the diodes by using different colors of laser and found that in the process of conversion of light energy into electricity, it can double current intensity.
The researchers said carbon nanotube is an ideal photodiode, because it can take full advantage of excess light energy, whereas the excess energy in the traditional solar cells often loss in the form of heat.
The study was published in the U.S. "Science" magazine online edition. Papers first author, graduate student of Cornell University Nathan Gabor, said: "We not only find a new material, but will put it into application and make real solar cells."
However, the researchers pointed out that they currently only produced a highly efficient solar cell in the laboratory, but mass production of cheap and reliable next-generation solar cells need to conduct more in-depth study.
