this tiem is better than my old one.
the price is offered reasinablly. when it is installed into my laptop, it is very compatible.
if it have taken quicker time for shipping ,i will be more satisfying.patience is needed.

not everything is satisfying. the item is compatible with my laptop, when it is instaleld into it. it speeds up working.
however, it could last for origianl time. which is disappointing.

I ordered this adapter for my Dell docking station. A replacement from Dell would have been much more expensive. The adapter works fine does not get hot (just slightly warm). The shipping was fast. No complaints!

my regular dell adapter got bitten by my cat and no longer works. This did the job fine for less then a quarter of the price of the dell one.
My one complaint is that the power box is too light and is not built strong enough. I just dropped mine and it broke open. I'm ordering a new one after 3 months of use.
