if you're looking for a good alternative to the more expensive Dell product, this is the one for you. The pack and cord are compatible with my Laptop. If you're going to have to buy a new cord once a year, you may as well save some money by buying this product over the Dell product.

I haven't had this adapter for very long yet, so I can't really comment on any matters of durability. However, I have to point out that you shouldn't expect anything remotely similar to the picture, the actual battery is less attrative.

The cord is nice and long and I have had no problems with it powering or charging my computer like other reviewers claim. I've heard the same exact problems with Dell's chargers and this one was about $50-$80 cheaper than Dell.
