the adapter worked fine and I got 4-5 hours of time on it mostly playing a video game. I can't give it 5 stars because I have only had it for two months.

This product came quickly and in good condition. Although it is advertised to work with an Inspiron 6000. The one plug is too small for the outlet, but it still works if the power cord is not moved. They hand no problem with a return.

Great product. Most laptop AC Adapter's tend to omit some heat, this adapter remains relatively cool to the touch and supplies power directly from the wall outlet conserving my laptop battery. Not much else to say regarding an AC Adapter, but if this works for your model dell then it's well worth the investment.
