this is a great laptop battery for my old Dell laptop. Works and looks like the original battery but at half of the Dell price. I have been using it now for four weeks - no problems. hihgly recommended.

purchased this to replace a lost adapter for my inspiron 1318.
First off the pin which plugs into the laptop is shorter than the original so it falls out even easier than before.
The laptop will not charge using this adapter, and it gives a message to hook up a proper adapter when used

I CHARGED THE BATTERY ONCE AND DID'NT USE IT FOR 2 WEEKS SURPRISE TO KNOW IT WAS STILL FULLY CHARGED.THIS BATTERY LIVES UP TO ITS GOOD REVIEWS GREAT BUY!!!

i donnot like this item very much for its lasting time is not long enough.when i go out. it could only support for 1 hour.
