want to thank the supplier for their excellent customer service. I bought a battery for my 12" Mac powerbook in March, 2009. I ordered the wrong battery; it was entirely my mistake. But this vendor agreed to accept a return and instead of charging me a hefty re-stocking fee, they only charged me shipping plus 10% f the purchase price. I thought this was very nice as it was my mistake. My advice, check your details before ordering!

While others have said this product does not work well for long, I have had this product for several weeks and have not had any issues with it. I will warn consumers, however, that this replacement cord is CONSIDERABLY shorter than the orginal power supply I was using, so I have had to adjust the area I use this in to adapt to the shorter length. Otherwise, product works as described.
